As a public charity, the Global Studies Foundation relies upon external funding from individuals, corporations, and other institutions to finance our research, our outreach programs, and our own charitable giving. In short, we need financial support to conduct our operations and help people learn about the world.
Contributions to GSF are tax-deductible, can be made in a variety of forms, and can be structured to suit individual donor interests, including endowing specific funds, programs, or awards. With a wide range of current and planned giving options available, one might consider sponsoring study of or travel to a particular region, funding training in a strategically significant language, or supporting targeted pedagogical or technological initiatives, like GSF's ongoing campaigns to put globes into classrooms across the United States and to link schools, educators, and students in different parts of the world through the Internet. A donation of $100, for example, will place globes in five classrooms, while a donation of $1,000 will provide a grant to a student or teacher to travel abroad or to a school to internationalize curriculum and instruction.
Given the magnitude and importance of the challenges we face, we encourage you to contribute as much as you can. To learn more about GSF’s current programs to address these challenges or about our different giving options, please submit our online information form or contact us directly.
